What’s Included in the Program
• 5 in-depth yoga workshops
• 5 guided self-practice mornings: You are welcome to practice the method that supports you best — Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, or your own established sequence — with individual guidance and space for personal exploration.
• 1 optional self-practice / integration day with suggested group activities
• Opening and closing circles (asana, pranayama, mindfulness)
• Individual adaptations and guidance for each participant
• Small group setting for personal attention
• Personal interviews before the retreat
The retreat is guided by experienced and compassionate teacher including:
• Senior-level Ashtanga Yoga teacher (Primary & Intermediate Series certification)
• Senior VKM Yoga teacher
• Shiatsu therapist specializing in body–mind integration
Participants receive personalized guidance throughout the week so the practice can meet each person where they are.
