Over five days, you will be held in a carefully designed container that balances structure and spaciousness for you to leave feeling more resourced, replenished and hopeful for what comes after.

This retreat is co-facilitated by Marion Brastel and Sonia Dieng, who bring together deep expertise in regenerative leadership, transition coaching, somatic practices, and holding transformational spaces.

We are committed to creating a container that is both professionally held and deeply human – where you can feel safe to explore, vulnerable enough to transform, and supported every step of the way.

Regenerative Coach specialized in transitions, Sonia creates spaces for heart-guided individuals and collectives who feel a deep urge of evolution rooted in their true-self.

For her, Regeneration is above all nourished by grounded, aligned, embodied and alive ways of being, doing and inter-relating.

She is the founder of Vizaya.

Trauma-informed somatic practitioner and facilitator, Marion explores how we move through endings, uncertainty, and transformation with greater presence, capacity, and care as well as cultivating more regenerative ways of living and working.

She is the Co-Founder of Regenerative Changemaking
